Western Conference Quarterfinals, game 6

Edmonton 4, Detroit 3

Edmonton wins, 4-2

Ha! What a great game. Back and forth, and when it looked like Detroit would roll all over the Oilers, Edmonton came roaring back with some great play. They scored with just about a minute left to win the series. Here's an instance where it's OK for me to be wrong...I thought for sure Detroit would win, but if Dallas can't advance, neither should Detroit.

So it's vindictive. So one ever accused me of being a saint.
Calgary 3, Anaheim 2

Series tied 3-3

Anaheim just won't give up, scoring a power play goal with just five minutes left in the game, and now we finally get a game seven.

Anaheim's Ilya Bryzgalov got the start in goal over Jean-Sebastien Giguere. Apparently it worked; I thought for sure Calgary would tie this up last night. So, one more chance, and we all get treated to a game seven.
