Finns rule

What do a mutated fish and the Dallas Stars have in common?

Too many Finns.

That's right, Dallas has added their sixth Finn in Janne Niinimaa. And let me tell you, we love each and every one!

Tonight, the Finnish Stars played Alexander Ovechkin in a cross-conference game. The rest of the Capitals came along for the ride--when one player has nearly a quarter of your team's goals(and point-wise, he has a hand in about half of Washington's 116), you know who's pulling you along! Which begs the question...Ovechkin or Crosby? They both have similar numbers--Crosby has 21 goals and 27 assists, Ovechkin has 27 goals and 25 assists. They're both stars on sad, sad teams--Pittsburgh has 11 wins and Washington has 13. Ovechkin may have a slight edge in numbers, but he's also two years older; 20 to Crosby's 18. That's scary...these guys are gonna be dead amazing in three or four years. But really, this is a debate for hot-headed fans.

By the way, the score was Stars 4, Ovechkin 1. Only one point out of the conference lead!!
