Stars win and ants suck

To all you naysayers who said nay, I say 5 and 0!! Ha! Ha! Ha!! The Stars don't suck this year, they're unbeaten!! So there!!! The Stars have been playing like a team and Turco's been beyond excellent. What a great way to start the season.

I cleaned my garage this weekend. It took about three hours, but I discovered that I don't need a new set of shelves after all. In fact, I have empty shelves now. yay me! Also I started tearing up my dining room Redecorating is fun.

Are you kidding me with this?

Those are ants. Not dirt, it's a bazillion ants that invaded my home. I was trying to paint the floor and I had to quit because I kept painting ants in it. It was awful! So they died. The end.

Yay! It's finally hockey season! And the Stars are 2-0 on the season, which is even better.

We had a garage sale Saturday; we didn't make a lot but we got rid of a bunch of stuff, which is more important. My garage is pretty clean now. I can get in a new set of shelves now!

Yeah, can't think of anything else now, sorry...

Decisions, decisions

Hockey season starts Wednesday. Yay! Two more days...

But here's the problem. Razor, who is THE BEST color guy in the league, has been hired to do some of the broadcasts on OLN (actually now Versus) including opening night. So to replace him on those broadcasts where he's going national, the Stars have gotten Brett Hull to sit in the booth with Ralph Strangis.

How can I make a choice like that? I can listen to Razor, or I can listen to Brett Hull. That's mean, you know.

My favorite line from the newspaper...in talking about Hullie filling in for Razor this season, Dallas Morning News commented "Unless the Stars get squeamish..." which is in fact a worry since Brett has a tendency to say whatever he feels like...
